WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
We aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days from when the payment has completed. It may take longer for bulk orders in which case, we will notify you of the estimated shipping date.

Although RoyalMail aims to meet the delivery schedule, it may take longer depending on local customs and processes.

RoyalMail allows 15 working days from the due delivery date for domestic mail / 25 working days for international airmail, to arrive before we can claim for loss of items.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, providing that the item is unused and still in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@erdagraci.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We review on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Returns and exchanges are not acceptable for customized products in any case.
MY PARCEL IS MISSING - WHAT DO I DO?
If for any reason you haven't received your order after the maximum turnaround of 21 working days for domestic mail and 31 days for international mail, please contact us to discuss.
